Meet the Team

A young businessman, leader, passionate and visionary, raised by the principles and values of the founding father. He followed his father’s footsteps and established a family office, Tamasuk Al-Rajhi, an entity to preserve the legacy of Sheikh Saleh Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi and envisions it to transform as a world class institutional investor. Abdulaziz is a prominent figure in Real Estate Industry in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He developed PURE as a flagship project and is continuously engaged in developing several key commercial and residential projects in prime locations of Riyadh.

A young and accomplished businessman with a strong finance background, he has been one of the driving forces behind the establishment of the family office, Tamasuk Al-Rajhi, alongside his family. With a focus long term growth of capital, he actively invests in both real estate and venture capital. He runs his own business set up under the name of AI Group.

Mohammad Shahid Motan has 30 years of experience as senior executive in Shariah-compliant investment structuring and asset management. He joined Tamasuk Al-Rajhi in November of 2019. Prior to Tamasuk United, the Executive Director of Asset Management at MEFIC Capital, Director of Product Development at Jadwa Investment, Head of Islamic Investments Products at HSBC Saudi Arabia Limited and Head of Treasury & Capital Markets at Shamil Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance. In addition, he has participated in executive programs at HSBC Academy, Harvard Business School and London Business School.

Waleed Hussain has 15 years of experience in Shariah-compliant investing in multi-asset classes, regionally and globally. Prior to joining Tamasuk Al-Rajhi in 2022, he served as an investment advisor at a government entity, and at senior investment roles in Tharwat for Financial Securities and MASIC. He is a CFA Charterholder and has attended executive education programs at The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania and Cambridge Associates. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor from IIA and holds MBA and BBA degrees from COMSATS University, Pakistan.

Mohammed Al Halaki has 25 years of experience as a finance manager in the steel, advertising, and real estate industries. He is the finance manager of Al Rajhi Investment and Real Estate Development Company which has been associated with Tamasuk Al-Rajhi since November 2019. He has held positions as finance manager at Musa Abdul Aziz Al Musa and Sons Real Estate Holding Company for 7 years, and 7 more years at Al Wataniya for Advertising Company. He has a post-graduate degree in Finance from Damascus University.

Shahad Sheraim Alkaraa joined Tamasuk Al-Rajhi in September of 2021 and works in investment accounting and reporting section. She holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman University.

Umair Ziyard joined Tamasuk Al-Rajhi in Jan 2023 as an investment analyst. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Derby, UK and worked at 7 months at MASIC. He passed his CFA Level 1 exam.

Faris Al Homoud joined as an Investment Analyst in 2025 after earning a bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Saud University. He is a CFA Level I candidate and holds the CME-1 certification.
